Rock/Grunge Guitarist Sought

we're a dublin based group, average age of 21 looking for a guitarist who is interested in joining us to rock with us. we have already played a few gigs and are establishing a reputation for ourselves. influences are primarily grunge based with the likes of pearl jam, foo fighters, alice in chains, velvet revolver and incubus inspiring us. we're looking for an energetic guitarist who is willing to play and enjoy the songs we have already written, as well as being capable of writing material his/herself. Previous band experience preferred but not necessary.
