    Cant wait for this show. For the first time in nearly 25 years.. :)

    COMEDY: Return of the Goodies
    Channel: BBC 2 Northern Ireland
    Date: Friday 30th December 2005
    Time: 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm (starting this evening)
    Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Using the classic Goodies format, and for one night only this special programme brings Tim Brooke-Taylor, Bill Oddie and Greame Garden back together to relive some of their finest moments and illustrates the history of their origins in the Cambridge Footlights, right through to the peak of their success. Including the hit single Funky Gibbon and all the classic episodes such as Kitten Kong and Kung Fu Kapers. With contributions from fans and colleagues including John Cleese, Martin Freeman, Stanley Baxter, Ronni Ancona, Huw Edwards and Jon Culshaw.

    They were great in the seventies , it will be interesting to see how their brand of humour will look 25 years on .

    While slightly annoyed they did'nt decide to include a complete show I have to say that bought back some happy memories, I forgot how 'expansive' they could be with the props and other visual gags. May I suggest a campaign to bring the Goodies back, on BBC3 maybe.
