RTE 2 and NI Sub Cards

Does anyone know why RTE 2 has been off on NI cards for the last three nights ? My parents have 'phoned me to ask if I can come and check their set up but to me it seems as though the encryption flag isn't being removed after the racing each day. Anyone have a direct contact e-mail for RTE's technical Department as the flag should be controlled by their automation rather than Sky.

At The Races wanted it exclusive to them?

    Thanks DMC,
Tried that number, but it doesn't seem to work on my UK Mobile. Found an e-mail on the website, for technical enquiries, will give that a go.

As Horse Racing is an All-Ireland sport... I cant see why ATR would object to RTÉ showing Leopardstown. Why would HRI say that there are UK rights when they are an all-Ireland organisation? A bit daft, I think.

Are you saying that non-geographic STD codes work outside the state? You can dial 0870 xxxx UK numbers by dialling 00 44 870 xxxxx in Ireland, but it doesnt work the other way around. And there is no "0" to drop. Its an 1850 number.
