UTV could, if they wanted to, throttle your connection to their previous values....but thats very unlikely.

As they are a 100% bitstream provider...UTV subscribers will get the upgrade the exact same time as eircom.
The same for Netsource/Digiweb and BT...etc!

the ironing is delicious... DSL took bloody ages to get to Carrigaline and now they're the first in Cork to get speed upgrades. Guilty conscience on Eircom's part?

Now if they could only upgrade Douglas before the 12th of never.
