New PC - download image problems

Hi,

just got a new PC for xmas...Dell 5150, very good spec. I'm into football and downloaded some software as advised by the Soccer forum (which u can't post on unless ur the 7th son of a 7th son!!! hence i'm asking the q here).
The software -PP stream & PP live, allows you to watch euro football from the far east tv stations. But when a game comes on and i try and watch it, the images on screen are all green, orange yellow etc....all psychedelic, like something from Austen Powers or as though you were tripping on LSD!!!!!

Can anyone advise me on whats going on here and what i need to do???

Sounds like a codec issue. Go online and download the latest codecs for mp.

Downloaded some up-to-date codec software but to no avail. Still getting the same type of images...currently trying to watch Chelsea Brimingham on TVKoo- Star Sports.

Anyother ideas.....this is really bugging me:mad:

if you are using WMP update to the latest

i used to have that problem

actually got Guangdong sports to play italian football today...could see it clearly. But Star sports which was showing chelsea , i still can't see properly
