Hey,
I'm just wondering if anyone has used www.gak.co.ukbecause I placed an order with them for an amp which I had to cancel. After a lot of emails I got a reply and they said that they had cancelled it. I have already used them before so I said that I would place another order. So I did that and after about 3 days it said in the order tracking that the card issuer had cancelled my order. Now I know for a fact that I have not used up to the limit on my credit card. Does anyone know any numbers I could contact them at? I tried the ones on the site but they are 100% engaged all the time. It's just ennoying me really at this stage. Or does anyone have an email address other than mail@gak.co.uk? Thanks

hmm well I've given them a few emails now but they aren't answering ( mail@gak.co.uk ) Their telephone is always engaged so I'm going to give it a few days on account of last week being a pretty slow business week. After that I'll try and get another phone number.

Damien, I was the one that started the thread that was linked earlier.
I had my order cancelled 3 times with gak.co.uk so I gave up and went with soundslive.co.uk.
I also was told that my credit card company didn't allow the transfer (I rang them, they did) and was told twice that my address was incorrect (it wasn't).

I'm not saying give up on them but I don't know what you have to do to actually successfully order something from that site!

edit: I sent him an email but i'm after getting a daemon. grrrrrr
