Help Desk Tickets?

    I know this probably shouldnt be posted here, but I just dont know how to work the help desk ticket system thingy...so maybe someone could give me a hint? Whats the story with submitting a ticket? How do I do that?

    Basically I want to find out about advertising on Boards! Any help appreciated...

    Even if you summit a ticket, chances are it won't be checked! So just mail [email]adverts@boards.ie [/email]....simple though please post in right forum in future!

    Thanks you. Yep, did'nt really want to make the post here but did'nt see any other way around it....catch 22 with the whole help desk/no ticket thingy majig.
