Computer Networking Issues

Currently I have 2 active networks running between a number of computers. One
network is an internal networking hub and is connected to the computers wirelessly, the other is an external broadband router which is connected by a hardline system.
As it stands at the moment all of the computers have both wireless and hardline capability. I was wondering if it was possible to connect to both networks at the same time? At the moment I have to deactivate one of the connections to use the other. Is it possible to change the settings within one network to allow both to be active at the same time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
