got one of these as a christmas present but can't seem to get it working with my mac..
i've read all of the documentation that came with it and had a browse on the site for drivers or firmware updates .. but all of the information seems to be for windows users..

is there something i'm missing or are these mp3 players not compatible with macs?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't have support for macs.
On this review it says theres none...

    Hey Nick try this

Works flawlessly with me mates Zen Micro on Tiger (10.4.3). I've been trying to get this working with Windows 2000 and XP (on my VPC) without much success so that he can use it on his Windoze machine.

Says it works with the sleek.

Just curious, Why get the sleek if you've a mac though? Would have thought buying an iPod was obvious, even if it was a present.

I think creative are slowly making their hardware compatible with Mac. I noticed some of their USB soundcards now support OSX. Personally I wouldn't go for an iPod. Too many restrictions. Check out IRiver.
