tuning tv to sky remote

    I have had my sky box moved to another room but now i cant use the sky remote to control my panasonic TV.The remote was set to control the phillips tv that was in the other room.Ive lost the manual for the sky box so i cant re-tune it.can anyone help?.I think the sky box is made by panasonic as well!!
