I tried to get free credit for my new phone and all that came up was:

"Your FREE registration credit was applied to your account within 24 hours of completing your initial registration."

I haven't recieved any credit what so ever. Anyone else have the same problems?

Was it a bonus pack or new number pack? If it was a bonus pack, did you click on register bonus pack (or upgrade or whatever)?
Also, there might be problems atm since so many people would obviously be getting phones for Xmas.

I'm guessing it was a bonus pack. I didn't get any sim card with it or anything. But there is nothing in it to give me the idea that it is a bonus pack either. It came in a Nokia box with Vodafone live logos on it etc.

I asked my Mam and Dad about it, as they were the ones who got it for me and they said that the seller (King Communications, Cavan) said there should be €100 with it. That is why I am a little confused about it.

I have upgraded phones before and they all had "register for free credit" leaflets in them. I've had no problems upgrading them either, which is why I found this fairly strange.

    for a bonus pack...

log on to My Vodafone and on the left there should be an option to "register bonus pacK". It may be under "my mobile" or "topping up and m account" - just click on them all and it will be on one of the submenues.

Then enter the IMEI of your phone - it will be on the box - and you'll start to acumulate your 10 x 10euro per month credit...
