I'll keep the Samsung bit in mind, and the "
Chieftec BH-02 ATX Medium Tower Black w/USB, Firewire and Audio, w/400W PSU - €107" is the seperate case + PSU.

jesus_thats_gre: not planning to OC it for a while. Why?

Good rig syco. Yeah, I'd hardly think it'd need to be OC'd at the moment, I'd wait six months before I'd do it anyway (get a bit of the warranty under your belt so if OC'ing ****s up you can deny you did it, if you OC as soon as you get the **** they'd be suspicious)...

Was gonna suggest the Powercolour X800 GTO2 with 16 pipelines.... It is an X850XT for a fair but cheaper...

Last time I look, the X800GTO2 and cheapest X850XT were the same price!

Sorry, bit of an ancroym noob here, but whats the difference between the X800GTO2, and the X850XT. I think the XT is pretty good, but what does the GTO2 mean?

Dont worry about the GTO2, for one its not available anymore and to release its full potential it needed to be modded and overclocked. X850XT would should be grand for your needs.

Edit: Just realised GTO2 is still available but I still wouldnt recomend it as the X850XT is around the same price and doesnt need to be overclocked.

Actually think of changing from the PowerColor ATI Radeon X850 XT 256MB GDDR3 VIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-037-PC) to a 7800GT. The two I'm looking at are the Club3D GeForce 7800GT 256MB and the Leadtek GeForce 7800GT 256MB GDDR3 VIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-069-LT). I'm thinking of going for the 7800GT, as it performs better than the X850XT according to kustompcs.co.uk.

The Club3D card is €360 (Komplett), and the Leadtek is €317 The kicker is that I'll be spending €20 on the shipping for the Leadtek, so it goes up to €337, only €23 less than the Club3D card.

I'm buying stuff off Komplett anyhoo's, so I didn't bother adding in the shipping price to the Club3D card, thus I'm looking to see which card/brand has a better/more reliable name.

Well the GTO2 is the exact same as the XT apprently. The GTO2 normally has 12 pipelines but it is only restricted in software and can be unlocked easlity. The Powercolour GTO2 16 has 16 pipelines enabled as standard however..

The 7800 GT is the better choice.

Anyone know how long stuff from overclockers.co.uk takes?

OcUk take around 2-3 days if its in stock, I would just check the amperage on the 12v rail(s) of the PSU to be safe, and the 3.3v aswell because the dualcore uses around 120watts alone:eek:

The bolded bit, I understand. The rest, I don't. Does it matter if I do it or not?

    Update:

Got the 7800GT today. Hopefully the rest comes tomorrow, so that I can play BF2 in style (ie:not using a shader-hack, nor with min settings) tomorrow night:cool:
