Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

WikiWalk - random walks through wikipedia.org

I came up with an idea the other day for when you are bored or don't know what to do with your time. Wikipedia has a random page feature which returns a random topic. I have been using this to make some decisions for the day. For example, last weekend an art galley in New York came up, so I went to my local art gallery.

The page in question is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random

I also created a website today. This will update once a day with a random page, you can subscribe to it with an RSS reader if you like:

Will anyone else do the wikiwalk?

Nice idea. The whole thing of doing something related to the random page result is very Dice Man of you!

Seriously though, it's a nice blog idea, even as a way of broadening your knowledge base. It's like a modern Word of the day calender, where you pledge to read a new wiki page every day.

Can I suggest this, drop or tweak those google ad's, they're messing with the template and are making the site look ugly.

The green (IMHO) isn't particularily easy on the eyes either!

Cheers, I have modified the template. Let me know if it is still not looking right.
