I'm looking for a company or individual who offer SEO services. I've been
looking around and I've only been able to find two that have recieved great
feedback and within my price range.

One of them is TargetEm.com at $375 a month, and the other is
HighImpactSites.com at $200 a month. Both are American companies.

Are there any Irish companies that offer such services. That would including
optimizing my website, link building... basically getting me higher rankings in
the search engines for a set of keywords I choose.

I'd really like to start on it in January or February, so I would very much
appreciate all the feedback I can get and any experiences you have had with
the company, including results they have achieved for you or somebody you
    know.

    Thanks alot.

Here are a couple of Irish based SEO companies:

    Blue Cube Interactive
    Digino Marketing
    Heraghty Internet Consultants

I only have first-hand experience with Digino and Blue Cube. I personally would go for Digino of those two as Blue Cube have leaned towards Black Hat SEO from what I have seen. Personally, I think a lot of SEO can be done yourself as it is largely common sense and only the slightest know-how. Do a search on Google for Search Engine Optimisation Tips and it should get you started.
