    Folks,
A little help required on this. My neighbour recently purchased a New Sky box at a reduced sub . The installer gave him "UTV" but he requested that I put in a few more ITV regions for him as he is an expat.
He contacted me yesterday to inform me that although he can still recieve other ITV regions he is unable to now recieve "UTV". I visited him this morning and put in the code but it did not recognise the code. The other frequency codes that it would not recognise are 10788 V etc, 10758 V etc and 10906 V etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Modrover

I remember shortly before ITV went FTA, that the transponder for UTV/STV was on the blink, in that it was visable to those who had it stored, but not to those who wished to add it to their digibox. It was fixed after a week or so.

Has this reoccured? Anyone tried adding in UTV recently?
    (not at home atm)

Thank you all for the advice. My own system will accept the code but his still will not. Nothing for it now but for my neighbour to contact the installer on Tuesday. Thanks again.
