Just go in and ask your old employer for your holiday pay! Can't remember about the p45 but think it gets posted out to you at the end of the tax year and you get it of your old boss as well i think!

Your P60 is the form that gets posted out to you at the end of the year. You're supposed to get your P45 when you leave. Go and ask your employer for it.

Ask your former employer for your P45, they should have given it to you with your last paycheque. You are entitled to 8% of your gross earnings for the past year as holiday pay aswell.

you still get holiday pay no matter what, it is entitled to you by law. If he refuses(which he cant) bring it further. check out your rights and entitlements on oasis.

your holiday pay works out ...

(normal holidays a year / 365) * days you worked

so lets say 20 days holiday, and you worked 200 days

    (20 / 365) * 200 = 10.95 days... (of couse take away any holidays you used)

If you were in full time employment then you are entitled to holiday pay. Unless you are a contractor - in which case you can take holidays but you do not get paid for the time you take (hence part of the reason contractors get paid good money - it already includes holidays, etc). There is probably statutory holiday leave entitlement - your father would be aware of this as he is in a position of authority and can advise you. Otherwise talk to your current HR department for advice. Certainly, an employer cannot refuse to pay you (or anyone) holiday pay. Also its bad form that they did not give you your P45 with your last payslip. And you would have needed to give to your new employer as otherwise you will be on emergency tax - get it sorted asap is my advice.
