iPod software questions

    Ok guys just two questions:

    1) Where can I get FREE software to convert mpeg, avi etc. to mp4 format for my ipod video?

    2) Where can I get FREE software to transfer/backup my songs from my old ipod to my comp to put them on my new ipod?

    Something like Videora to convert to mp4. (http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/) and something like Suneti to put them onto your comp. (http://wbyoung.ambitiouslemon.com/senu.

    But in future if you have any ipod questions then have a search in the forums over at www.ilounge.com they have the answers and guides to most things over there.
