Hi all, probably no hope of getting an answer any time soon but i may as well ask. I've just come home from the Santy run in the Mustang, finished in nass and was engulfed in Fog,quite a frightening expierence, the lights on the Mustang are not great to start with, but when fog is included visability was down to zero.I'm wondering if retro fogs lights are available for a 72, I know that I could buy fogs in anyplace and smack them on but the car is original and I would like to keep it as much as possible like that. I know that front spots were included on some models, i think fitted in the front grill, usually on fastbacks or GT's but am not sure if a grill from one of them would fit the coupe. While i'm at it, is upgrading the lights on a classic a big deal, mine are woefully bad, on a dark lane I'm hugging the white line because it's all i can see.By the way, I haven't had a chance to investigate the noise at the fan belt area yet but the car is driving like a dream so hopefully nothing to serious.

    Hi Tom,
Yes the lights on mustangs are crap but there is a handy fix for this. Any 7" mini headlights will just fit in and replace the old headlights including the halogen lights for more light and they look identical to the originals ;)
    cheers
