Has anybody heard of this about Marlboro cigirettes being owned by the ''Klu Klux Klan'' i heard about this from my mates last night as one of them were smoking the brand, as there is 3 K's on the packaging and when you look at the word marlboro backwards it spelles ''Orobl Jew'' a bit of word play is required. and in the logo in the packaging at the foot of the horses there is two white hoods.

Just wondering is this true?!?!?!?!

That theory is ridiculous. Besides, on the american box of Marly lights I have with me here, there are only two k's.

I remember hearing this thing when I was twelve and thinking it was a big load of bollocks and I still do.

However, for some interesting trivia: the Philip Morris company - that owns Marlboro, also owns and markets the brand 'Curiously Strong Mints' you can buy in M&S. Nice mints.

If you take the 'R' as a 'J' then you can see 'Jew' at the end, but it would be more like (looks at upside down pack of cancer sticks) 'Ojoql Jew'.. hehe. Anyway, it's not true.
