I don't know specifics, but I suspect that in this country, Indecent Exposure is less well-defined, probably along the lines of "The act of exposing the naked flesh in such a manner as to cause offence or digust".

Actually, now that I think about it, in this country flashing, for example, is classified as indecent assualt (yes a form of sexual assault).

Simply walking down that street with your lad hanging out would be classed as a public order offence. Afaik.
