    Hi,
I saw this (click for a great video explanation on what I'm talking about:D) about a year or so ago now, just wondering has there been any advances with this doe anyone know? I can't wait until DAP manufacturers adopt this technology!!

    Any feedback appreciated:)

That was back in June/July. So we might already be using the technology in recent DAP's.

So they have already been produced? The size/capacity figures don't really add up though do they? I thought they were supposed to be 10X the size? Actually to be honest, I'm not too sure, what's the capacity of a regular 1.89inch platter?

Do you think we'll be seeing a 600GB hd in an mp3 player the size of this for example? Ok, I know nobody would dare mass produce a 600GB mp3 player as the market just isn't there for it but there would be some who could fill it I'd say.
