Mobile -> PC- > Webtext app

I've been thinking of the existence an app like this recently, as when my younger sisters run out of phone credit, they harass me to use the computer to send them via webtext, which is annoying :)

So I was wondering (I have googled for an app like this, but haven't found anything): is there an app out there that sits on your computer, together with a Bluetooth dongle, so you can send a txt from your phone to it*, via Bluetooth, and it in turn relays the txt via the specific provider's webtext, to the recipient? TextBuddy already does this, but you have to be at the PC. I'm looking for a more mobile way to do this.

*I can only send to phone numbers on my SE T610, but I can create a "note" and send via Bluetooth; this could potentially work in the same way.
