yup, all the hangovers up and down the country tonight and tomorrow... i don't really like guinness from cans anyhow so may just stick to ginger ale..:)

alcopops are too expensive, iv heard of people paying 5.70 in places for smirnoff ice in some places. though if you get it from an off licence it is cheaper. to be honest i prefer the food rather the drink at christmas anyhow, who could turn down turkey and stuffing?!:)

vegatarians. people with poultry allergies. patients who are nil by mouth. the list goes on.

i actually am not that much into drink myself either. i didnt drink till my 18th birthday. i wont be drinking xmas day. its a bad day to drink.

or a traditional irish vegetarian meal.
bacon, cabbage and potatoes, and then you just take the bacon back off the plate.

    Voila!!! Irish Vegetarian Cuisine.

Mince pies... :( I thought they had mince meat in them! Then I discovered the horrible truth...

and what is in them? It seems like some sort of fruit/sweet combination...

And what is in eggnog anyway?

Christmas Day is the best day to drink. Orange Juice and Champagne at around 11am over a fry with the family helps round off and clear the hangover from the previous day - crack into the beer a bit before dinner, keep going until late that night, pacing yourself so its all good - stay up til 3am with your siblings and parents talking absolute ****e - best way to have it.

also this is the first time in two or three years that all 5 of my family are home - feels good :)
