Ladbrokes Software Problem

Been playin on ladbrokes quite a while, this morning i booted up my pc and mc afee started downloading a antivirus update when i was booting up ladbrokes, it installed and everything seemed fine then the lobby started sticking like mad, if i clicked on the mtt tree it took about 9-10 seconds to open, same with all the trees. When i could finally get into a game it ran fine though. Occasionally i noticed (Not Responding) in brackets at the top of the ladbrokes lobby window.

My connection status fluctuates between good to very good and sometimes fair, im on 1.1mb adsl with bt. I rang ladbrokes and they said they were having no problems and to ring bt, rang bt and they said my line was ok, i can download and browse not a problem, downloading at 126kb/sec.

I uninstalled ladbrokes, reinstalled it, restarted, everything i can think of but its still the same. Anyone any ideas whats goin on? Any help much appreciated :)

    1. Did you reboot the PC
    2. Did you try anyother poker website
    3. Disable the anti-virus software and than run ladbrokes

if still having problem, it has to be ladbrokes

Hi, yea i tried boylesports, it works fine, i rebooted, did the same thing, disabled virus scan and firewall, still the same, i opened up windows task manager (ctrl alt del) and clicked on the performance tab, i noticed that the cpu usage is constantly spiking to 100%? All i have running is windows media player and ladbrokes? My computer is a p4 1.4 with 521mb ram?

No need to bump needlessly, people will answer if they can help.

I assume you've contacted Ladbrokes Customer Service before coming here?

Yep, rang them, said they were having no problems and to ring bt.

i've started back up playin online on ladbrokes and im finding it great.

Playing at the lower levels $5/$10 stt and mtts, the standard is so much better then it is on pokerstars.

I've had no problem with the software either

    I'm loving Ladbrokes :)

I have a similar problem where the entire machine locks up on occasion and wont let me do anything until one of my tables comes into focus again. It generally happens when I'm browsing the web at the same time, and seems to have started with the latest update.

I mailed Ladbrokes and got a generic answer back from them, and it hasnt bothered me enough to merit really doing anything about it.
