Bottom of the page. In short, yes, but its not officially supported.

    Go Gentoo! ;)

I've one of these too I'd like to put FreeBSD or anything else onto it (OS 9 does OFFICIALLY suck... any time I open my browser it gives a million javascript errors so I can't get to a page where I can download a new one :()

Any info on how to actually INSTALL it?

I've an Ubuntu PPC CD lying around but I can't seem to access the BIOS to allow me to boot from CD

I wouldn't even mind OS X on it but I don't think the hardware is powerful enough for it and also I'm cheap and don't want to have to pay for an OS when there's so many open-source Linux ditros lying around

The problem with Linux on Apple hardware is that (with Gentoo at least), setting up stuff like Airport can be fiddly as hell. Better off going with some decent x86 hardware.
