Cheers.. I am very tempted by a 19" LCD monitor at €317 with this :) Forcing myself to wait a few days to see how the sales might affect it.

Yeah I got this too as I'm signed up to their newsletter but it says that it can't be used with existing deals. How do you get 30% off and will Dells be cheaper in January ?

Folks, if I were ye I would hold off from dealing with Dell, fullstop.

I ordered a laptop from them on 6th December, it was "delivered" on the 13th of December but I never actually received it.

I have had numerous emails & calls to their "customer support" and the basic party line is that the laptop was delivered and they will not be doing anything about it even though I never received nor signed for it.

Insult to injury is that they have charged my Credit Card. I'll will be contacting my credit card provider later this morning to stop payment.

I had previosuly bought items from Dell without any hassle but this current experience is not good.

Did you ring the person whose name is on the invoice?

Tell *that* person you didnt get the laptop, and that you will be reporting a fraudulent transaction if it isnt sorted immediately.

Does the existing discount on that monitor run out?

Also it's unlikely that they will drop the price by more than 15% more, in order to make it worthwhile to wait, and loose the 15% discount.

I'm thinking of buying this myself.

Just tried the 15% off coupon, and it doesn't work with already discounted items - won't work with the 1905FP monitor.
