    Hi B

Think of an example for each:

    1. Using your initiative- saving money/made money
    2. Innovative idea- saving money/made money
    3. Creativity - saving money/made money
    4. Problem solving - saving money/made money
    5. Decision making/organisation skills-saving money/made money

I used to be involved in assessing annual reviews and it always boils down to in the private sector how made/how saved the moola. It does not have to be as direct as that, but get your point across with each example.

    Hi Blah

Hum, you could just minus the money angle. What industry do you work in?

What skills have you developed in the past year to aid the company?

One way you can do this is review the tasks and projects you have been involved in in the past year and assess your contribution to them. Make a list very quickly starting from January 2005- December 2005. Then think about your role at each point and your contribution. Then take out the best 5 contributions as your examples.

What did you bring to these projects?
New ideas? Input? Solutions? Problem solving? Resourceful? Strategic thinking? Forward thinking?

    P.
