The appartments at the west end retail park have ntl broadband,
Tyrrelstown have ntl broadband in parts, portersgate have ntl broadband.
parts of huntstown, hartstown and castlefield have ntl broadband.
Any of the estates off the shlerin road, blakestown road and the clonsilla road towards coolmine don't.

Ntl would have to dig up the road and lay new cable on what is the main traffic
routes that have the 39 bus on them and feed into the centre.
So I would not hold your breath; but do pester them once a month with an
    email asking WHEN .
