Have to say I'm very happy with the pad, and the accompanying chips are v. nice (tempted to buy more!) but I'd better warn anyone else who pm'd me re this that the nice people in customs & excise were kind enough to charge me full VAT again before I was able to collect the pad from an post. This was despite full vat being paid in the USA (as per the invoice attached to the package).
