Cry on me / Get lost

I was talking to someone about this the other night, when dealing with problems or emotions I keep them to myself. I dont feel the need to talk things out or tell people how I feel. A simple nod, or nudge will suffice. Now its not that I wont be thinking deep etc but I dont need to discuss it.

Whereas some people feel the need to discuss their problems. I have no problem listening to them, I would oftenappreciate the fact that they would share their problems with me but if the roles were reversed, I wouldnt speak up about what was wrong, I would just sit with a cross look and talk to myself.

    Anyway, how do you deal?

keeping it all built up can only be bad in the long run i feel as someone will feel the force of your rage

I don't like talking about my problems either. I prefer to sort them out in my own time and in my own way. I don't mind listening to other peoples worries though, and trying to help them.

I keeps myself to myself. No one really needs to know about whats going on in your own life.

Yup.. I know someone who takes the biscuit in the crying department... I could never understand her.. She will tell anyone who'll listen things (and very personal things I might add) about herself.. And cry rivers over the slightest thing... One night in a club (fairly inebriated in fairness) she went up to some scumbag looking girl and told her and her mates something that I would think hard of telling my nearest and dearest.. And showed no emotion about it the next day  The girls actually came over to me and my other friend and told us to bring her home because she was burning the ears off everyone :o

    HAPPY - ANGRY
I seem to focus on these two emotions, and the rest of them don't really tend to get a look in,
Sad, I am not sad, I am pissed off.
    Upset, no, fcuking raging
Hurt, no, I'm going to murder somebody, then you'll see what hurt is.
    Embarrassed, nope, fuming
Love, not at all, I'm horny

(Hee hee, just kiddin on this one, I am very much in love)

Obviously! Me, a guy who doesnt like to talk about feelings, and a girl, who loves to talk about feelings and nothing else. I hear wedding bells!

I tend to keep myself to myself, unless I'm drunk, in which case I might get a bit teary.
If someone upsets me, I'd get angry before I'd get sad. I cry when I'm angry as well. I don't like overly emotional people though. Sometimes I feel like saying, "this is not Dawson's Creek."

sometimes i talk about things but usually when somethings wrong I just want to sit down and sort it all out in my own head before I talk to other people about it.
when im upset I go through a little cycle of upset, sort of angry, very upset (tears), very angry (danger) and then resignation and acceptance. Id rather get myself through that and then talk to people abut it afterwards

Well there's some problems that I talk to people about (eg. dropping out of college), and there's other more personal problems that I keep to myself.

Lets just say we all thought she was engaged until someone asked to see her ring in the bf's company and he knew nothing about it... Very awkward moment for everyone :o

Ya drink is a bad thing, cause if somethings on your mind & your completely drunk (well i find) that you'll talk to anyone who'll listen about it silly i know. Thats why i don't drink that often.

Well they've since gone they're seperate ways... They didnt break up over that though, They didnt make a scene at the wedding but I dont doubt that it was discussed at a later date...

Depends. Sometimes I discuss with others, sometimes I work it out myself. I don't mind other people coming to me with theirs either, although I've no time for sympathy-whores, I absolutely can't stand them. This one girl I knew...GRRRRR, she NEVER stopped moaning about her life (not just small things either, she'd moan about everything and how unfair it all was)! God she used to drive me round the ****ing twist! Even the sight of her was enough to send my blood pressure skyrocketing.

I suck it all up like a big bitter ball. I expect I'll explode somewhere in London any one of these days now.
