Anyone Play in the 4 Aces Casino in Galway?

Its a nice club. A lot of good players play in the tourneys every night. Last time I was there it was some idle Tuesday night and about 36 players were playing Holdem.... Good numbers for any club. Does anyone else play in galway? Is there any other Casino in the city?

I play there, but not too often but only because I don't have much free time. I avoid the Wednesdaynight there since its simply much too wild and I'm not paying 5 euro for a freeroll on principle basis. The other days are good though. Nice place, nice players and nice staff (except bolluks).

There are other casinos too yes. But only 1 actively runs poker events. Its the 21 club just off Eire Sq. Also you have the Wednesday poker tourney in the Westwood Hotel and some non-commercial ones like the bi-monthly Galway Bay Hotel charity one and Sunday poker steps.

I play in the four aces in Galway - it's my favourite club to go to for a cash game. I prefer the cash games there over any of tyhe casinos in Dublin and throughout the country - although that's for holdem and not omaha

When I was there the structure was the worst I had ever played in. Fortunately the players were too, so the tournament is probably worth playing. The cash game is great.
