This is not the usual problem where you can't sign into MSN. I can sign in fine, but when I am in the middle of the conversation it just signs me out, automatically, and this could happen every 5 mins or so, it changes all the time

My computer is quite old (it is not the computer I am using now but the one the I use for MSN is quite old). I have BroadBand, but none of the settings are saying that it should be signed out...

Has anyone else had this problem, because it gets really annoying every 5 mins??

Not happening to me.. what version of Messenger do you have?
    Is it just MSN?
Try ping -t www.google.ie ; and see if it drops after a while.

And, tracert to see if/where there's a problem.

roll back to an earlier version of msn.
They don't seem to have thier severs sorted out yet and a lot more people
in ireland us it for keeping in touch and phone calls are more expensive then in
    the UK or the US.

I might just go back to MSN 7.0 because I don't use voice convo's and all the new features in MSN 7.5 anyway, but I do chat ALOT, so I will probably just download the old one again

    Thanks for the help,
    Tim
