cheapest homephone provider?

can anyone recommend the cheapest home telephone service provider available? i am currently with Oyster (see here for rates: http://www.oyster.ie/rates.html) but if there are better rates to be had I'll sign up asap! it would also be handy if it was per second billing with no minimum call charge!

Depends what kind of calls you make, if you talking about international calls then you won't beat www.telestunt.ie for phone to phone calls

don't go with the company NewTel, they are ringing peoples home but it is a big scam, read this post http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=3547024&postcount=5 to see why

Yes I need the net also ! I'm don't use it that regularly so any cheap dial-up will do! anyone know of an ISP that offers free 1891 connection?
