2 Primary winxp partitions...

When I boot up in each windows, I see other windows installation partition in "My Computer". Is there a way to temp hide partitions, so when one boots up, the other is hidden and visa versa.

To do it properly you'll need a boot manager like BootMagic (part of Partition Magic). This will hide the other partition for you.

For a quick fix you could just use Disk Administrator and de-assign the drive letter.
