Sky News on NTL

    Is anyone else having a problem with Sky News on NTL Digital for the last 2 or 3 days? It it constantly freezing up for stretches of several minutes before coming back for any time from seconds to minutes and then freezing again.

    I'm on MMDS in the Waterford area. Waterford cable and MMDS often seem to share problems, so I'm wondering if it is affecting others too.

    It's not just my box either. There are 2 boxes in the house having the same problem. I have not looked comprehensivly at each channel to see, but from those I have watched, Sky News is the only one doing this.

    Thats what happens when you post 20 to 25 posts a day

    Times 365 thats about 8 or 9000 in a year.
    But dont worry, Victor has noticed this and appears to haved upped his to in excess of 30 a day.

    I wouldn't worry too much about that post count. I know someone on another forum who has only been there for half the time you have been here, and he is close to hitting 40,000 now :)

    8.4 posts a day averaged out since 2001 because you got off to a slow start.
    But in the last year or two definitely 20 a day
    At least its not cigarettes :p

    Edit I'd better get back on topic :p

    Yes last night I was having the same problem just freeze for a second, every couple of minutes.

    I'm on NTL cable Dublin

    Yep. I noticed the freezing this morning. Eamon Holmes was looking oddly still...

    It just froze for a second or two at a time.
