There was a program on about a month/six weeks ago talking about fraud on eBay where the 'seller' was paid with Western Union....

They stopped just short of calling eBay the tool of the devil. I'm suprised eBay have done this, not their fault if people don't have any sense.

That may well be true, but it's still good of them to take any steps they can to protect their users from the potential of fraud.
