    I can't log on either. Just freezes at the update bit at the start. unusual.

    same here - blames the firewall, I've e-mailed Support so we'll see what happens there

    it is the firewall for me. think they changed the port they are accessed on!? :confused:

    turned off firewall, reconfigured to allow PS and fine.

    strange update indeed!
