PPP buggiest software out there?

    there are many know issues with ppp software...but i have had another one today.

    obviously a packet was missed between my comp and there server meaning that i was marked away. then i unchecked it as i was back and was watching the table no problem. however whenever i got a hand it was mucked straight away after a raise to me.

    i could not bet or anything. it was very annoying and the manager chat was no help at all telling me there is no problem with their software.

    i play on a number of sites ppp being the dogiest by a country mile.

    If you are disconnected from the site (experiencing quiet disconnect) this occurs. There are no PP outages and no TT outages. Site is running at 100% proficiency.

    i understand that your network is quite reliable ... but if you read again i am referring to your software and how your software communicates with your server.

    No server issues. No comms issues. I have double checked all logs. No errors.
    Sorry I cant really help any further. Trust me when there are issues at our end we are the first to pre-warn and compensate.

    do you hold logs of packets recieved by players? then you could see when i was disconnected and if on your side when i selected i was back.

    if i am disconnected on you logs but never logged as being back to the table then we know there is problem with your software as my screen shots cleary show that i have told the program that i am back

    What I would suggest is that you send all info into poker@paddypower.com and we can look into that for you. Try to get to the bottom of the problem. All info you have would be helpful. times etc

    this has happened to me on many occasions.... if this does occur, just quickly close and open the table again.... that usually sorts it out

    I get this fairly regularly with VC too, advised to log out and back in again and it sorts itself out. Bit daft that the application can't tell you've unclicked "away", though VC's customer service don't seem to think it a big deal.

    was just wondering did you get the problem with the Raise (min raise) button sorted, was playin in a MTT tonight heads up and raised pot instead of min raised !! with 8 3 offsuit ya dont want this happing too much :)

    just read someone else's post on this today but cant find it
