The files are on your hard drive, probably under "my music"

If you deleted the files, how can you expect to retrieve them at this late stage?

Open your sonicstage. Then follow the basic steps that apply to generally all programs. Click 'File'/Open - all or 99% of programs do this. It will or should open on it's own default 'Music Storage Folder' generally named as described above 'My Music'.

Anyway if the music is not in My Documents/My Music then it will more than likely be some thing like My Computer/C:/Programs Files/Program Folder for soncistage/folder in there will more than likely have the music in it.

Copy/Paste or cut/paste or move to a new folder. encode to relevant mp3 format/upload to iTUNES/iPOD..

Remeber nearly all programs follow some basic rules - for accessing and storing/saving files. Once folk realise that it's fairly simple to find files you need.

Use something like C-Dex or winamp disc writer to encode to mp3 if needed. winamp also has an ipod plug-in now - think it was 'Will' who made it.....
