Wildlife Dvd's / Books

    I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place but I was just wondering if anyone could recommend good wildlife dvd's / video's / book's. Like David Attenborough style...they are a for a pressent for my b/f for X-mas.
    They will have to be fairly new though because he has nearly everything already. I was looking at the book 'Animal' by David Burnie, the one published in 2005 as he has the one previous to that and thinks its great.
    If anyone could recommend anything Id really appreciate it :D

    Yea that's the Animal one I'm talking about!! Is it the same, no point buying it if it is!! He has the one with the Baboon (could be totally wrong on that by the way) with the coloured face on the front...
    Its the one that came out in 2004 Im talking about.

    He has all that Trials of Life stuff aswell...

    I'll have a look at the list you gave there, thank's a million, im probably going to have a job getting them now though, left it a bit late! :rolleyes:

    The BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year book. Excellent wildlife pictures, this year's is number 15 (fox on the cover), should be easy enough to pick up. One of those must-have's every Christmas IMO.

    David Attenborough's latest one is Life in the Undergrowth (all about insects).

    National Geographic do a good range of wildlife dvd's which you can get in some of the shops in town.. it might be a bit late for their online store :D

    I tried to get that BBC book in Kilkinny already but nowhere has it, they only have No 14... I'd love to get it but I won't be near Dublin before X-mas, I'm raging!!! Anywhere near Carlow/Kilkenny that might have it? :confused:
