Right click My Computer and click Manage. Then click on Shared Folders and then Shares

They will have an icon of a hand under the file if they are being shared when viewed in Explorer.

Start -> Run and type \\127.0.0.1 will also show you what folders are shared. Didn't know there was a list maintained in computer management, handy that.

That method won't display hidden shares ending with a $ though ;)
