returning home/visitor what to do?

    Just thought I would throw this out there maybe get some good suggestions. I have been in the US 10yrs now. Usually get home every year but always regret getting stuck at home. Maybe someone out there has the same problem and has some ideas on how to make a visit home a little more entertaining? I'm 40 single and male. I am not looking to hookup for a couple of weeks either. Really, I'm short fat and balding not tall dark or handsome not worth the trouble:( Maybe some places that would be nice to visit etc or any good concerts I could catch at short notice? Home is around Swords just north of Dublin.

    hmm whhat is there to do in swords....not a lot...new pub where the old boro schoolhouse was...got shopping in the ridiculosly busy pavillions...i dunno. you could try go hook up with some long lost friends maybe..not quite as annoying as spending the whole time with family
