Tube Amp Repair - (South East) Help!!!

    Hi Guys,

    Our guitarist just bought an Orange Rockerverb 50 Combo from Thomann.

    Its brand new but its making a whooshing/crackling sound about 3 minutes into being switched on (followed by high pitched squealing after a while). This occurs even with the volume knobs all turned down and no guitar or cable plugged in.

    In any case, anyone know of a good repair man in Wexford/Waterford/Kilkenny.

    are you sure its not your guitar?

    if not send that sucker back to germany!

    i order a good bit o stuff from thomann and i like to think if its broke i can return it. right?

    He took out all of the valves and put them back in...

    Seems to be fixed now?!?!

    Maybe it got a rough ride over from Deutscheland!
