how much is my domain worth

Hi guys

Last year i bought a domain, the name for eg domainName.co.uk and i also purchased domainName.com. I never used these in the end but i have been approached in an email by someone who wants to buy them off me. What price would you suggest?

Without telling us the domain name we can have no idea.
It's all about relative value to the purchaser.

Yeah it really depends on what the name.com is
Tell as and somebody will give you a number I'm sure.

My domain names are all priceless...unless I'm offered alot of money :v:

I have to consult a friend of mine who bought it with me before i share it. It is a paticularly catchy domain name and very generic

Be careful with the '.co.uk' variant as domain squatting has been known to be arbitrated on by the UK domain registry.

No need for that. Its a valid question, he just needs to provide more details.

Id say aim high. Say €15,000. and see what he says. It could be just some kid looking to buy it, or could be a large company with a huge budget.

A mate of mine had a nice .com domain and was approached and for a laugh he said £4000 and they said ok.

But dont get your hopes up.
