Just tried to watch UTV in services/other channels and it is asking for a PIN.
Nothing is blocked in parental control.

I will need to setup anothe box for someone and don't have the PIN or card for it. :(

Is the PIN on the card or the box ?
Can you reset a PIN on a box if you don't know it or force it to use the PIN from another card and remember it after the card is removed - or will I get a "This is the Wrong Card for this Box" message.

or is it 3 attempts every 10 minutes ?

Only Sky can reset a PIN.

Only premium channels give "wrong card for this box"

If the box had a card before the new yellow house card, then THAT cards last four ditigs is the PIN, unless you phone Sky to change it.

If you "hide" the Adult channels it may block Other Channels. But It may block other channels without a card now.

The PIN is the Card as it depends if an Iriash Sub or FTV card is in the box. But for upgrade cards the pin is the previous Card four digits not the new one

I don't think is stops you adding other channels, just viewing them.

I think if you got a brand new FTV or Irish card then the last four digits MIGHT be the card PIN.

See what happens if you feed the card slot (A blank store card or old cheque card, if it has a chip load it back to front).
