Can I ask, just out of interest, why do you want to learn 'tricking'?

No offense mongoose, but tricking looks like XMA, which is the biggest joke of a style in the Martial Arts world. If you are interested in just learning it for flexability then that fine :). But gymnastics wont help you fight better.

As for Capoeira, I did some research for you :)
