Virus Found Alert

My wifes email just recived a virus threat from admin@cia.gov saying that her IP address had been logged accessing over 50 illegal sites. It had an attachment of questions to answer but McAfee deleated the attachment as a virus. It was emailed to x_mail-list@iol.ie Does anybody know anything about this? Thanks for all help.
