4 of my keys went dead on my Dell Latitude cpx recently.Funnily(well not really funny so much as strange),the 8,i,k and < keys are dead, these are all in a diagonal line so is it circuitry?

Could anyone recomend where I could get this fixed?

The keys work on a grid system with lines running horizontally and vertically.

sounds like one of the vertical lines is broken - or the NUM lock is on

replace keyboard or someone who is very good at fixing tracks, probably with conductive paint rather than solder, try cleaning with a vacuum cleaner.

could also be spilt liquid :(

for the moment get an external keyboard

    us keyboard - pricy
