    What would this roughly cost?

The two places I know of in Dublin are the sports shops in Fitzwilliam and David Lloyd Riverview. It's been a long time since I used them, but the cost wouldl be around €15 to €20.

    Where are you based?

There are several places around Dublin that do it. Martyn Evans Sports at Fitzwilliam usually does the strings on our family's racquets. I'm not sure if they still do it down at Riverview. I'll ask my mum and I'll get back to you later.
