Obvious. First up the situation is staged as the second trick clearly is a camera trick.

The first one is simple palming and it looks like his ring is a magnet. This would help him palm off the top coin and pull up the lower coin below his hand. He palms the top one and holds it while pointing to his lower hand to distract the palming.

As for the second trick, this is the camera trick. He basically have two shakers. He tells her to pick one, the camera pans off him while he puts the shaker color she picked up his sleeve (his sleeve drops down from earlier). He holds the bottom one with a magnet while pulling the other one out he moves his hand/arm to hide the lower one to appear its moving up. Then drops it to the floor while camera is off him and hides it (you can hear it).

tbh it's been done much better elsewhere..
you can hear the coin scrape along the galss when he palms it in the first one,
and again you can hear something scrape along the glass in the second trick..

the heat generated in his hand is so intense that it melts the glass for a slight second where using the ring, there is a little probe that forces the coin through the waterd glass onto his other hand.

For the second trick he uses the same method as above but to complete it successfully he has to position his hand at an angle to give a wider area of heat, so to pull the object through the glass.
